Hummingbird Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 c. vegetable oil
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
    8 oz. can crushed pineapple, undrained
    1 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
    2 c. chopped bananas
Preparation
    Combine flour, sugar, salt, and cinnamon in a large bowl. Add eggs and oil.
    Stir until dry ingredients are moistened; do not beat.
    Stir in vanilla, pineapple, nuts, and bananas.
    Spoon batter into three greased and floured nine inch cake pans.
    Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean.
    Cool in pans 10 minutes. Remove.
    Cool completely.
