Apple Walnut Cobbler - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 medium apples, peeled and sliced
1/2 c. white sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1 c. flour
1/2 c. white sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1/3 c. butter or margarine, melted
1/4 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation

Place the apples in a greased 9-inch round cake pan.
Combine 1/2 cup sugar, cinnamon and 1/2 cup nuts.
Sprinkle over the apples.
Combine flour, 1/2 cup sugar the baking powder and salt. In a separate bowl beat together the egg, milk and butter.
Add to the flour mixture; mix until smooth.
Pour over the apples; top with 1/4 cup nuts.
Bake in a preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 40 to 50 minutes, until the top is golden brown.
Serve warm.
