Pineapple Sorbet - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 (20 oz.) cans pineapple rings
champagne

Preparation

Arrange rings on baking sheet and freeze until firm.
Cut into small pieces.
Transfer into processor and process until smooth and creamy.
