Japanese Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. Accent
    1 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. oil
    6 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
    1 clove garlic (to be removed before serving)
Preparation
    Make the dressing 1 day ahead and refrigerate.
