New York Style Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. graham cracker crumbs
    3 Tbsp. butter, melted
    1 c. plus 4 Tbsp. sugar, divided
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 c. low-fat plain or lemon yogurt
    4 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    4 eggs
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. grated lemon peel
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    8 oz. sour cream
Preparation
    In medium bowl combine graham crackers, melted butter and 2 tablespoons sugar.
    Press into bottom of 9-inch spring-form pan. Spray sides with cooking spray.
    In large bowl combine flour, cornstarch and yogurt; add cream cheese, beat well.
    Beat in next 4 ingredients plus 1 cup sugar until smooth. Pour over crust. Bake 5 minutes in 375\u00b0 oven.
    Reduce temperature to 300\u00b0 and bake 45 minutes.
    Turn off oven, cool cake in oven 30 minutes.
    In small bowl blend sour cream with 2 tablespoons sugar; spread over top.
    Return to oven until set.
    Chill before serving.
