Ham And Cheese Brunch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 slices bread, crust trimmed and cubed
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
    2 c. diced ham
    6 eggs, lightly beaten
    2 tsp. onion flakes
    1/8 tsp. nutmeg
    2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    3 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Cover bottom of buttered 9 x 13-inch baking pan with half the bread cubes.
    Layer broccoli, ham and cheese over bread.
    Top with remaining bread cubes.
    Combine eggs, milk, salt and seasonings and pour over casserole.
    Cover and refrigerate several hours or overnight.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until tests done (knife inserted in center comes clean), 55 to 60 minutes.
    Let stand 10 minutes.
    Cut into squares.
    Makes 8 good servings.
