Stuffed Green Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large green peppers
    1 lb. hamburger
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. garlic salt
    1 c. cooked rice
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
    3/4 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Cut tops of each pepper off, remove seeds and membranes and rinse.
    Cook peppers in boiling water (enough to cover them) for 5 minutes.
    Drain.
    Brown hamburger with onion; drain excess oil. Add salt, garlic salt, rice and 1 cup tomato sauce; heat through. Stuff each pepper with mixture, placing peppers in ungreased baking dish.
    Pour remaining sauce over peppers.
    Cover; bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Uncover, cook 15 minutes longer.
    Sprinkle with cheese.
