Tomato Marmalade - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 doz. large tomatoes
    vinegar (white)
    sugar
    1 lemon
    1 sliced seedless orange
Preparation
    Pour boiling water on tomatoes.
    To remove skins, cut up and cover with vinegar.
    Let stand overnight, then pour off vinegar. Rinse 2 or 3 times.
    Add to pulp an equal amount of sugar.
    Add thinly sliced lemon, rind included.
    Add 1 sliced orange.
    Boil until thick like marmalade, 220\u00b0 on thermometer at least 1 hour. Use spoon sheeting test.
    Pour in hot jars and seal with wax.
