Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. or 2 c. salmon, drained and flaked
    8 oz. cream cheese, softened
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 tsp. grated onion
    1 tsp. horseradish (optional)
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. liquid smoke
    1/2 c. nuts, chopped very fine
    3 tsp. parsley flakes
Preparation
    Mix salmon with first 6 ingredients.
    Chill several hours. Combine nuts and parsley flakes, shape into log and roll in nuts and parsley.
    Chill.
