Potato Salad(100 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    25 lb. good potatoes
    2 doz. hard-boiled eggs
    3 medium stalks celery
    1/2 gal. pickles
    1 qt. mayonnaise
    2 large onions
    3 large peppers (red or green)
Preparation
    Peel and block potatoes.
    Boil until tender.
    Chop celery, pickles, onions and peppers.
    Add to potatoes; stir slightly.
    Add mayonnaise and eggs (chopped) last.
