Herbed Cheese With Garlic And Lemon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. cream cheese, softened
    1 Tbsp. finely chopped parsley
    1 Tbsp. finely chopped scallion
    1 Tbsp. fresh tarragon, dill or basil, chopped fine
    1/4 tsp. seasoned salt
    1/8 tsp. onion powder
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    grated peel of 1/2 lemon
Preparation
    With electric mixer, beat cream cheese until light and fluffy. Add remaining ingredients except lemon peel.
    Mix well. Stir in peel. Cover and chill several hours.
    Serve as a spread with assorted crackers and/or fruit.
    Makes 1 cup.
