Raisin Peanut Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. peanut butter
    1 c. raisins
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 c. powdered sugar
    1/2 c. shredded coconut
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Plump raisins by steaming.
    Drain and chop.
    Roll coconut into fine pieces.
    Toast to a light brown in moderate oven (370\u00b0).
