Meatballs And Dumplings - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 small onion (chopped (about 1/4 c.)
1/3 c. dry bread crumbs
1/4 c. milk
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
3/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 egg
2 pkg. (about .75 to .90 oz. each) brown gravy mix
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen mixed vegetables
Preparation

Prepare meatballs. Combine first 8 ingredients and shape into about 24 meatballs. Prepare gravy mix as directed on packet using 10 inch skillet.
Stir in frozen vegetables, breaking apart with fork; stir in Meatballs.
Heat to boiling; reduce heat. Prepare Dumplings. 4 - 6 servings.
