Baked Creamed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. butter
    3/4 c. sharp cheese, grated
    1 medium onion, finely chopped
    2 1/2 Tbsp. flour
    3 Tbsp. green pepper
    2 c. milk
    salt and pepper to taste
    3 c. cooked potatoes, cubed
Preparation
    Cook onion and green pepper in butter for 5 minutes. Gradually add flour and milk.
    Cook and stir until thick and smooth.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Pour over potatoes in 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Top with cheese.
    Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    May be prepared ahead and refrigerated until time to bake.
