Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Ricotta
    1 lb. cream cheese
    1 stick butter
    4 eggs
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. vanilla (stir into sour cream)
    1 pt. sour cream
Preparation
    Mix the first 3 ingredients.
    Mix all ingredients and put into a buttered spring pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0
    for 1 hour; let cool for 1 hour.
    Refrigerate for 2 hours.
