Cousin Tim Rice'S Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage cooked and well drained
    1 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated (sharp)
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 or 2 Tbsp. picante sauce
Preparation
    Brown sausage, cook and drain.
    Pat with paper towel.
    Over low heat, melt Velveeta, grated cheese and sausage together.
    Add picante sauce.
    Microwaves well also.
    Pour into 13 x 9-inch pan. Let stand.
    When cool, cut into 1 1/2-inch squares.
