Oven Roasted Garlic Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. large red potatoes, scrubbed and quartered
    2 tsp. extra virgin olive oil
    1 garlic clove, minced
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Place potatoes in a small roasting pan or iron skillet.
    Drizzle oil over potatoes.
    Sprinkle with garlic and season with salt and pepper.
    Bake potatoes for 45 to 50 minutes until tender and browned.
