Potato Kugel - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium size potatoes
    2 eggs
    3/4 c. flour
    1 heaping tsp. baking powder
    1 heaping tsp. salt
    1/4 lb. melted butter or shortening
Preparation
    Grate the potatoes and drain off the water.
    Add the other ingredients, mixing well.
    Grease a pudding dish and heat it. Then pour in mixture and bake until brown with firm crust (about 3/4 hour) in a medium 375\u00b0 oven.
    Makes 4 generous servings and should be served hot.
