Oven Baked Beef Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. beef stew
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can water
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
3 carrots, pared and sliced
3 potatoes, pared and sliced
Preparation

Do not brown meat!
Mix stew beef, mushroom soup, water and dry onion mix together.
Then pour into a 2-quart casserole or bean pot.
Cover and bake at 325\u00b0 for 3 hours.
Add sliced carrots and potatoes for the last 30 minutes.
This needs no thickening and has a delicious flavor.
