Garlic Cheese Grits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. water
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. grits
    1/2 c. butter
    4 eggs, well beaten
    1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 large clove garlic, minced
    dash of Tabasco sauce
Preparation
    Bring water to boil in a medium saucepan.
    Add salt and grits and cook, stirring, until water is absorbed.
    Add butter, eggs, cheese garlic and Tabasco sauce; mix well.
    Pour into a buttered 2-quart baking dish and bake for 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
