Granola Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 c. Quaker oatmeal (quick or old fashioned, uncooked)
    1 c. raisins
    1 c. chopped walnuts
    2/3 c. butter or margarine, melted
    1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    1/3 c. honey
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Toast oats in ungreased 9 x 13-inch baking pan at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Combine toasted oats with remaining ingredients. Mix well.
    Press firmly into well-greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes or until slightly brown around edges. Cool.
    Cut into bars.
