Sweet And Sour Carrots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. sliced carrots
1 sliced green pepper
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. vinegar
1 sliced onion
1 can tomato soup
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. cooking oil
1 tsp. mustard
Preparation
-
Cook carrots until tender.
Drain.
Alternate in bowl with pepper and onion.
Mix together rest of ingredients.
Pour over carrots and marinate overnight.
