Apple Fritters - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 3/4 c. flour
pinch of salt
tart apples, sliced
oil for frying
1/2 can (6 oz.) beer
cinnamon and sugar
powdered sugar
Preparation

Make a batter using the flour, beer and salt.
Coat slices of apples in the cinnamon and sugar mixture and allow to stand 30 minutes.
Dip the apple slices in batter and fry in the hot oil until light brown in color.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve while hot.
