Cheese Straws - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. grated sharp cheese
    1/2 lb. butter
    1/2 tsp. red pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    2 1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Cream butter and cheese. Add salt, pepper and flour. Work until mixture leaves bowl and hands. Roll thin. Cut in strips or use cookie press. Bake in 425\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
