Shrimp Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. shrimp
    4 Tbsp. butter
    4 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. half and half
    6 oz. Cheddar cheese, in chunks
    1/3 c. catsup
    1 tsp. Worcestershire
    1/4 tsp. celery salt
    1/8 tsp. white pepper
    3 c. cooked rice
    1 (4 oz.) can mushroom pieces
    breadcrumbs
Preparation
    Place shrimp in cold water.
    Bring to a boil and remove from the heat.
    Let sit 3 minutes.
    Peel and clean shrimp and set aside.
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Melt butter in a heavy saucepan and blend in flour.
    Add half and half gradually to make a smooth sauce.
    Add cheese, catsup, Worcestershire and seasonings.
    Stir over medium heat until cheese has melted.
    Fold in cooked rice, mushrooms and shrimp.
    Spoon into a casserole dish; sprinkle with crumbs and bake 30 minutes.
    Serves 4.
