Refrigerator Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. shortening
    2 1/2 tsp. salt
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. warm water
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 c. hot water
    2 Tbsp. yeast
    7 to 8 c. flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in the 1/2 cup warm water.
    Set aside.
    In a large bowl, measure sugar, shortening and salt.
    Pour on the hot water and let melt.
    Let cool.
    Add yeast mixture and beaten eggs. Beat in flour, 1 cup at a time, until dough is soft and smooth. Refrigerate overnight.
    When ready to use, shape in butterhorns. Let rise until double.
    Bake 10 to 12 minutes at 350\u00b0, a bit longer for cinnamon rolls.
