Broccoli Puff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli (fresh cooked broccoli can be substituted)
    1 c. biscuit baking mix
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. milk
    1 c. shredded Cheddar
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Heat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Butter a 5 1/2 cup souffle dish or a 1 1/2 quart casserole.
    Cook broccoli as directed on package.
    Drain. Beat baking mix, milk, eggs and salt with hand beater until smooth. Stir in broccoli and cheese.
    Pour into greased dish and bake until knife inserted comes out clean (approximately 1 hour).
    Serve immediately.
