Oriental Sugar Snap Pea And Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. uncooked rotini
    16 oz. bag frozen sugar snap peas, thawed and drained
    2 c. cubed cooked chicken
    1 c. red bell pepper strips
    20 oz. can pineapple chunks, drained
    1/3 c. salad oil
    3 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. ground ginger
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Cook rotini to desired doneness as directed on package; drain and rinse with cold water.
    In large bowl, combine rotini, sugar snap peas, chicken, red pepper and pineapple; toss gently.
    In small bowl, using wire whisk, blend remaining ingredients.
    Pour over salad mixture, toss gently to combine.
    Refrigerate 1 hour to blend flavors.
    Makes 8 (1 cup) servings.
