Fresh Carrot Vinaigrette - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 carrots, peeled and cut in julienne strips
1/4 c. water
2 Tbsp. tarragon vinegar
2 Tbsp. salad oil
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. dried dill weed (optional)
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. chopped green onions
Preparation

Cook carrots in water until done, but still crisp, 10 to 15 minutes.
Drain.
