Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. Mozzarella cheese
    2 medium onions
    1 lb. ground round
    dash of garlic powder
    1 (15 oz.) can pizza sauce
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 pkg. wide noodles
    1 1/2 c. sour cream
    1 1/2 c. cottage cheese
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
Preparation
    Using a large Dutch oven, saute ground round.
    Chop onions and combine with meat.
    Brown well. Add seasonings and pizza sauce. Simmer, covered, for 5 minutes.
    Spoon the meat mixture into bottom of pan.
    Lay 6 large noodles in pan.
    Pour on 1/2 sour cream mixture and 1/2 of the remaining meat mixture.
    Repeat process of layering noodles, cottage cheese, sour cream and meat. Top with remaining noodles. Combine grated Mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese and parsley flakes.
    Sprinkle over top.
    Bake 45 to 50 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Makes 8 servings.
