3 chickens, split down the back
1 large onion, coarsely chopped
1 c. lemon juice
4 c. apple cider vinegar
1 lb. margarine
3 Tbsp. Worcestershire
1 bottle Heinz 57 sauce
Tabasco sauce
salt (a goodly portion)
pepper (a goodly portion)
