Strawberry-Orange Shake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 oz. frozen whole strawberries
    1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice concentrate, slightly thawed
    2 c. skim milk
    1 (8 oz.) c. vanilla yogurt
Preparation
    In food processor, pulse berries to chop.
    Add juice concentrate; puree.
    Add milk and yogurt; blend.
    Serves 6.

    134 calories, 6 g protein, 28 g carbohydrates, 0 fat, 3 mg cholesterol and 69 mg sodium.
