The Picasso - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. filtered water
    1/4 c. frozen orange juice
    1/4 c. cranberry juice
    2 large bananas
    1 tsp. ginger powder
    1 Tbsp. protein powder
    1/4 c. pressed tofu, sliced
    1 handful raspberries
    6 to 10 seedless grapes
    1/4 c. Grape-Nuts cereal
    1 small handful pine nuts (optional)
    1 tsp. peanut butter
    1 Tbsp. honey
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation
    In a blender, mix water, orange juice, cranberry juice and bananas for 30 seconds on medium speed.
    Add ginger powder, protein powder and tofu; blend for another 30 seconds.
    Add raspberries, grapes, Grape-Nuts, pine nuts, peanut butter, honey and vanilla; blend for 1 minute.
    Makes 5 cups.
