Party Cheese Log - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
    1/4 c. crumbled Blue cheese
    1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    1/4 c. finely chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/3 c. finely snipped parsley or chopped nuts
Preparation
    Soften cream cheese in microwave oven on 50% power for 1 minute.
    Stir in Blue and Cheddar cheeses, onion and Worcestershire sauce.
    Microwave on Medium until cheeses are softened, about 1 minute longer.
    Beat cheese mixture on low speed, scraping bowl often until cheeses are blended.
    Beat on medium speed until fluffy, about 1 minute.
    Refrigerate 1 hour.
    Using wax paper, shape cheese mixture into a 6-inch log; roll in parsley. Refrigerate until firm.
