Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. milk (hot)
    1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
    2 well beaten eggs
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 can salmon
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Soak bread crumbs in hot milk.
    Let cool a little; add eggs, baking powder and salmon.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
