Cranberry Upside-Down Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. butter
3/4 c. light brown sugar
2 1/2 to 3 c. cranberries
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 egg yolk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1/2 c. milk
1 1/2 c. cake flour
Preparation

Spread butter evenly in bottom of 9-inch pan.
Spread light brown sugar over the butter; pat it down.
Spread cranberries over the sugar.
