Rhubarb Pie Filling - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. sliced rhubarb
    2 tsp. margarine
    prepared pie crust for 2 crust pie
Preparation
    In large mixing bowl, beat egg.
    Add sugar, flour and salt; mix well.
    Stir in rhubarb.
    Turn into a prepared pie crust. Dab margarine over top in 4 or 5 spots.
    Place top crust over filling; seal.
    Cover edges and bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
