Marinated Vegetables - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. cooked, sliced carrots, well drained
1 small green pepper, sliced thin
1 medium onion, sliced thin
1 (10 oz.) can tomato juice
1/2 c. salad oil (I use 1/4 c.)
1 c. sugar (I use Sugar Twin as substitute)
3/4 c. lemon juice or vinegar
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Mix.
Let set overnight before serving.
It will keep 6 to 7 days.
