Zucchini Cheese Puffs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 medium zucchini
1 c. cottage cheese
1 c. shredded Jack cheese
2 beaten eggs
1 tsp. dill weed
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Cut zucchini into chunks or slices and steam until slightly tender but not mushy.
Place in greased shallow, 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Top with the cottage cheese mixed with Jack cheese, eggs, salt and dill.
Sprinkle with crumbs and dot with butter. Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Serves approximately 6.
