Slavonic West Europe Salmon Cutlets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 lb.) can salmon
    3 eggs
    1/4 c. cracker crumbs
    1 medium onion, diced
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
    oil (for frying)
Preparation
    After draining salmon, remove bones and skin.
    Mash with a fork.
    Add remaining ingredients; mix well.
    Form into patties. Fry to a golden brown.
    May be served with sour cream, if desired. Serves 4.
