Corn Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. self-rising corn meal
3/4 c. flour
1/3 c. sugar
1 egg, well beaten
2 Tbsp. melted butter
1 c. buttermilk
Preparation

Mix dry ingredients.
Add milk, eggs and butter.
Bake in shallow buttered pan 20 minutes on 425\u00b0.
