Cabbage Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 c. diced carrots
28 oz. can tomatoes or 4 c. tomato juice
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. paprika
2 c. shredded cabbage
1 Tbsp. cooking oil
1/2 c. chopped celery
2 c. diced potatoes
14 oz. can pork and beans
4 c. hot water
1/4 tsp. pepper
dash of rosemary and cumin
Preparation

Brown ground beef, onion, celery and green pepper in oil. Drain off excess fat.
Combine all ingredients in large pot. Bring to boil, then reduce heat to simmer and continue until cabbage is tender.
Usually an hour is sufficient.
