Red Beans And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. red beans or pinto beans (dried; do not soak)
    2 bay leaves
    1 tsp. shrimp boil (liquid)
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1 tsp. lemon pepper
    onion, chopped
    1 lb. sausage or ham
    2 c. cooked rice
Preparation
    Put all of the ingredients, except rice, in a crock-pot. Cover with water.
    Cook on low all night, or at least 6 to 8 hours.
    Serve with hot rice.
