Ingredients

1 pkg. sugar cookie dough
1 (8 oz.) soft cream cheese
1/4 c. peanut butter
2 medium Granny Smith apples
1 c. lemon-lime soda
1/4 c. caramel ice cream topping
3 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. brown sugar
cinnamon
1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Add flour to cookie dough and knead with hands to combine.
Roll dough onto a round baking stone or pizza pan to 1-inch of edge.
Bake 15 to 20 minutes.
Cool for 10 minutes, then loosen from the stone.
Cool completely.
Blend cream cheese, peanut butter, brown sugar and vanilla until smooth. Spread on cooled cookie.
Peel and slice apples.
Dip apples in soda to prevent browning.
Arrange apples on cream cheese mixture. Sprinkle lightly with cinnamon and nuts.
Drizzle caramel topping over all.
