    4 oz. process Swiss cheese, diced (3/4 c.)
    1/4 c. parsley (fresh preferred)
    1/2 tsp. plus pinch of salt
    1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
