Bing Cherry Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. Jell-O (lemon)
    1/2 c. boiling water
    1 c. evaporated milk
    1/4 c. celery, chopped
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. black cherry Jell-O
    1/2 c. boiling water
    1 can black pitted Bing cherries plus juice
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Dissolve lemon Jell-O in boiling water; add milk, chopped celery and cheese.
    Beat with mixer until smooth.
    Pour into dish and refrigerate until firm.
    Dissolve cherry Jell-O in boiling water, then add cherries with juice and pecans.
    Pour this mixture over first very carefully.
    Let chill until firm, then cut into squares.
    This is a delightful salad for any holiday menu.
    Serves 8.
