Chicken And Dumplings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole chicken or 4 to 6 chicken breasts, skin removed
    1 stick butter
    1 can chicken broth
    2 to 3 c. milk
    Jiffy mix for biscuits
    milk
Preparation
    Boil chicken until tender in a large stewing pot or Dutch oven.
    Remove chicken from pot (preserving broth in pot).
    Remove bones from chicken and tear into bite size pieces; set aside. Bring broth back to heat; need about 8 cups of broth or 1/2 of the pot.
    Add can of chicken broth to water in pot.
    Add entire stick of butter.
    Add 2 to 3 cups of milk.
    Bring liquid level of broth up to about 3 inches from the top of the pot; bring to a boil.
