Spoon Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    12 oz. sour cream
    12 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 can corn, drained
    1 can creamed corn
    8 oz. cottage cheese
    1 stick margarine, melted
    1 box corn muffin mix
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients, except approximately 3 ounces of cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
    Sprinkle remainder of cheese on top for last 10 minutes. Use an 8 x 8-inch baking dish.
