Low-Cal Salad Dressing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. tomato juice
6 Tbsp. vinegar
1 Tbsp. minced green pepper
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. salt, optional
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 Tbsp. Sweet N Low, or any artificial sweetener
2 Tbsp. minced onion
1 pkg. Knox gelatin
Preparation

Put all ingredients into blender and mix well.
Soften Knox gelatin in water per instructions, and add to the dressing.
Whir to blend.
Chill and serve.
