Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 lb. squash
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    2 eggs
    2 pkg. Equal sweetener (or 2 tsp. sugar)
    salt to taste
    Ritz crackers
    Cheddar cheese, grated small
    sliced almonds
Preparation
    Wash,
    slice and boil squash until tender.
    Drain.
    Mix soup, mayonnaise,
    sugar
    and well beaten eggs together.
    Add squash
    to this
    mixture.
    Pour
    1/2
    squash mixture into 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.
    Sprinkle finely crushed Ritz cracker crumbs
    over the
    squash mixture and drizzle a little squeeze Parkay
    butter over crumbs, then grated cheese.
    Repeat layer of
    squash, cracker crumbs and cheese again.
    Sprinkle sliced almonds on top. Cook at 350\u00b0 for about 25 minutes until set.
